Course Outline

The Coaching Essentials program is Module 1 of the Meta Coach Training System - a system that enables you to coach at a higher level for success and transformation.

This program is designed specifically to enable individual self-actualisation in intra-personal management, relationship, communication and coaching skills. This program provides a comprehensive introduction to leading edge NLP, develop communication through high quality listening and precision questioning in order to truly support others, detect how others think and facilitate evolution.

 

In Your Own Time
The 2 Step Training Model

Want to learn NLP but finding time in your busy schedule is tough right? Can’t get time off from work, or don’t want to use up your holiday time?  We understand, that’s why we’ve created Australia’s first unique 2-step training model which makes learning NLP and graduating with your coaching essentials even easier.

 

How it Works

Our Coaching Essentials delivery model is structured into 2 cycles over 12 months with 2 components in each cycle, that we have colour coded; Blue and Magenta.

There is no starting point for each cycle you can begin on any colour at any time, you just need to complete both colours within a 12 month period.

As part of our Community charter, upon successful completion of your NLP Practitioner Training, you will become a member of a supportive international learning community of over 8,000 NLP Trainers, practitioners, coaches and like minded individuals passionate about human growth & development.

As part of this support, The Coaching Room sponsors ongoing monthly NLP and Meta Coaching practice groups in Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart and Brisbane. This is a great place to ground and continue with your learning and development, while connecting with other Practitioners and professional coaches,

Membership is included as part of your NLP Practitioner Course fees, and attending these community practise group will be at no additional cost to you (ongoing).
