The Integral-Semantic Facilitator’s Certification Training is The Coaching Room’s flagship facilitation program for learning how to facilitate groups of people with many different worldviews, values, and perspectives while maintaining your own presence and place.
This online live facilitation certification training program provides a curriculum that elegantly weaves together the unique capacity to facilitate, anyone, anywhere, to greater self (and other) awareness, enabling the application of skillful means in awakening group and individual potential. The training will introduce the student to the use of meaning, based on their preferred perspective, and any polarities present; as a core method for facilitating groups.

The program is facilitated Online Live, you can log on from the comfort of anywhere you have good internet. All sessions are recorded and available on the Learning Management System 24 hours later, along with additional student resources.

Types of questions: Peacock questions, statements, seeking, open, closed, leading, and inquiry questions. Types of responses: Ignore redirect, answer, reframe, and feedback. Demonstrate how to reveal these quadrant orientations through questioning.
