Course Outline

Module 1: Self-leadership

In this first Module you will learn how to awaken yourself to become your own authentic leadership self. We will cover the individual aspects of the Integral 4-Quadrants Model (upper left and upper right), diving deep into your own interior reality, expressions and behaviours, both inside and outside of the workplace. 

This Module also covers developmental action inquiry across the quadrants and how these formulate key intentions necessary for Integral leaders to realise and step into their true potential.

Module 2: Leading Others

This Module focuses more on the collective aspects of the 4-Quadrants Model (lower left and lower right). In this Module, we cover all the aspects needed to lead others in ways that are engaging and inspiring. We will cover how culture and shared worldviews, organisational value, systems and environments all contribute to a well-rounded understanding of contextual leadership awareness and ability.

 

Module 3: Becoming an Integral Leader

In this Module, we use the 4-Quandrants Model to unpack how you currently manage and lead others. This Module will help you to identify the ultimate expression of yourself as a leader. Working as individuals and in groups, we can pinpoint how you can become the best leader possible to further elevate your business or organisation.

Throughout this Module we will also physically map out new or different ways for you to become a more integrally informed leader according to the ideal leader framework. We will also use developmental action inquiry to formulate individual intentions to become a more Integral Leader.

Module 4: Living an Integral Leadership Vision

This Module uses the 4-Quadrants Model to envision and develop your own integrally informed leadership vision for yourself and your organisation. Throughout this Module we will explore how to formulate your own vision from a place of clarity. As individuals and in groups we will work to clearly identify the problem that the vision will work to solve.

Using at least one aspect from each Quadrant, we will create an overall integrally informed leadership vision and statement that resonates with you. Your vision will speak directly to you in a way that is simple, meaningful and actionable.

 

Module 5: Living an Integral Business Vision

This final Module uses the 4-Quadrants Model to deeply analyse business issues and objectives. We use the power of the 4-Quadrants lens to uncover hidden insights and observations, helping to provide leaders with a rarely seen, comprehensive and fully-integrated perspective.

From organisational surveys to team developments and stakeholder issues, the 4-Quadrants assists in highlighting issues and opportunities that may have remained hidden without this valuable model.

 

We will close the program with further investigation using developmental action inquiry to identify, manage and lead new integrally informed approaches to improve business operations and ROI.
