Experience, qualifications and associations
- Member of Arbinger Coaches Network
- Accredited Journey Practitioner
- NS-NLP Master Practitioner
- Holistic Life Coach
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator® Qualifying Programme
- Interactive Drawing Therapist (IDT)
- Bachelor of Laws, University of Canterbury
- Over five years of senior management within New Zealand Police
- Member of the New Zealand Institute of Management
- Member of the New Zealand Association for Psychological Type (NZAPT)
- Member of Australian Association for Psychological Type (AusAPT)
Overview
Kristy is passionate about living life from a place of wholeness and truth. She has spent many years searching for ways to resolve that “missing something” in her life, although solutions always seemed to elude her - because she was looking for it outside of herself. It certainly made for many experiences and many stories; however they did not fill this void. Has she learnt some hard lessons along the way? Absolutely. It has made her the woman she is, resilient, curious which allows for realness and integration of life experience into her coaching.
Kristy brings depth, compassion, delight, connection and humour to her interactions with clients and intuitively trusts and gently guides her clients to reveal their true self. She provides an opportunity for them to see in a different way – to see themselves and others differently, to view problems and solutions differently. Her overall coaching structure is fundamentally based on Arbinger principles, which provide a universal language for openly discussing differences and allows deep transformation.
She is committed to helping individuals and organisations discover and apply radically new ways to understand and to solve problems. To find solutions that help them live more happily and work more productively.
Coaching staff development in all areas of their career and their lives has been a long term passion, both in her own business and in her previous leadership positions within the New Zealand Police. Her career in the Police includes fifteen years operational experience, with over nine years in leadership roles, with five years at senior management level. It was in her last role leading a training unit that she developed a mentoring and coaching ethos that empowered staff to achieve their goals and enable their success. This new culture received extensive positive feedback, as it significantly impacted hundreds of staff throughout New Zealand. She found that this was the area that she loved as it provided her with a real sense of making a difference, which resulted in her retraining and her now loving the work that she does.
She has trained and facilitated a range of areas, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), tutored criminal law, taught English as a second language and developed and presented a course for women.
She is passionate about people being happy in all areas of their life and integrating their new awareness into every aspect of their life.
Kristy exudes energy and enthusiasm for life. She is committed to being with you on your journey guiding you to see and reveal your truth. If you are willing to walk this journey with someone who cares and is committed to you, then Kristy would love to be there to coach you.
Hear what Kristy’s clients say...
"Words can not express how thankful I am for having you appear in my life – your words of wisdom, clarity and ability to open my mind and identify the roots of my problems. You are such a fantastic woman and I am in total admiration of the transformation you have made towards happiness. Thank you again a million times over for being so awesome, so helpful, so smiley and for believing in me when I couldn’t." - Julia
"...Not only did the Journey work I did with Kristy enable me to work through the issues that were bothering me, it took me a lot further than I ever expected in getting to the heart of matters and cut through all the insignificant details I had previously been sidetracked and trapped by.
Following the Journey work, I asked for some life coaching from Kristy with a view to getting direction and clarity in my life. This also well surpassed my expectations and for the first time in my life I am able to picture my future and make goals. It’s great!
I have been to a variety of NLP and Life Coaches over the past few years, and while I found all the sessions useful, the work I did with Kristy blew all past learning out of the water. I am extremely grateful for Kristy’s skill, enthusiasm, integrity, and compassion. Even more important for me was the confidential professional way Kristy was able to work with me and give me the skills to get on with my life.
Looking back now, I felt like a jig-saw that had some missing pieces and some pieces that were in the wrong place. Through the journey and life coaching work I went through the missing bits were found and those that were in the wrong place were gently re-arranged It was like being carefully taken apart and put back together in my stronger original structure.
Thank you Kristy – I personally think anyone who gets to work with you is very lucky. For me, I am now truly convinced “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” - Helen

Overview
Sandra’s career has included general management and organizational development roles in industries as diverse as Film, TV and Radio Production, Advertising and related businesses, Business and Property Services, Financial Services, Engineering, Transport, Hospitality and Retail.
She held senior management roles with two of Australia’s Top 100 companies, where she was responsible for project managing complex and challenging change programs. Sandra was publicly recognised and awarded for her innovative work in the change space.
In 1991 Sandra established her own business, The Triulzi Group, and continued to pioneer change-based initiatives through her consulting work with a wide diversity of public and private sector organizations. The business focused on consulting services that facilitated the alignment between the business and people needs; and emphasized the need for a contemporary approach to human relations.
It was during this period that Sandra developed her expertise in strategy, leadership, change management and, executive coaching. She very quickly recognised that for any change initiative to be successful, it would require leadership based on competencies, qualities and attributes – executive coaching provided the impetus to identify and develop these characteristics in leaders at all levels of an organisation.
Based on this knowledge, Sandra undertook further professional and personal development in the coaching field and this background now underpins her approach when working with coaching clients. She has developed a deep knowledge in the areas of human potential, the fusion of eastern and western philosophies, and powerful centred-leadership principles. Her own life experiences as a sole parent, senior executive in major corporations, and the owner of two SME’s, has equipped her with a resilience and tenacity to meet the everyday life challenges. These experiences further inform her coaching style.
Sandra ensures rigour and depth to her coaching assignments, through ongoing research; and draws on the Arts to explore human depth and potential. She brings her own love of dance, music, reading, philosophy and sport to her work.
