Led by Dr. L Michael Hall and an international team of meta-coach trainers, the Meta-Coach Training System is grounded in the Cognitive Behavioural Sciences of Linguistics, General Semantics, and Neuro Semantics (NS).
The Meta-Coach Training System is a stand-alone coach training program that includes and transcends traditional performance coaching. Participants learn to facilitate higher levels of awareness and recognition with their clients through the application of developmental and transformational coaching techniques and patterns, facilitating generative and lasting change, naturally and effectively.
