The Meta-Coach Training System is a global coach-training program that supports participants as they move through the learning modules. The System culminates with the award of credentials for being an internationally recognised Associate Certified Meta-Coach (ACMC) or for workplace coaches, the internationally recognised Internally Certified Meta-Coach (ICMC).

Corporate Workplace Coaches

The Meta-Coach Training System gives new and experienced coaches the power to:
- Provide specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and models to help you know what to do, when, with whom and why during the coaching process. This will allow you to feel confident and competent in facilitating change, get to the heart of things quickly, while identifying leverage points for change in working with people.
- Benchmark intangible skills and concepts. With the Benchmarking model you will be able to take any (seemingly) intangible skill, objective, mission statement, or value and identify the behavioral equivalents that you can use for measuring effectiveness and progress. With the Matrix and Meta-States model you will be invited to model expert coaches, Leaders, and entrepreneurs as you practice seeing structure and replicating best practices. - Receive ongoing support and development. Because Meta-Coaching is an international community of people in more than 35 countries, you will become part of the coaches’ e-group at Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) where you can ask questions, network, create alliances, and feel the support of a larger association. - Discover how to coach to a person’s perceptual filters (meta-programs) and work at the structural level for accelerating learning and transformation. The coaching room’s accredited coach track (tcrac)
As well as the Meta-Coach Training System, The Coaching Room also offers TCRAC, an addition to your professional coaching pathway.
The TCRAC pathway is for those coaches who hope to work with and represent The Coaching Room, and also includes all of the attendance and training requirements to become a Meta-Coach through The Meta-Coach Training System.
The purpose behind TCRAC status is threefold:
- As an organisation, we understand that being trained to coach and actually running a successful coaching business are two vastly different things. Over the years we have witnessed many people attend various coach-training courses around the world, and yet today are still not realising their personal or professional dream of coaching full-time. Our TCRAC changes that.
- In support of The Coaching Room’s ongoing intention to deliver world-class coaches to our clients, we need to ensure that those who represent The Coaching Room are the very best coaches, practicing to the highest standards and benchmarks expected by our clients.
- To enable coaches to sustain or gain their TCRAC status, and ability to represent and work with The Coaching Room’s clients. This is accomplished through attendance of our 1 day ‘Way of Being as a Coach’ training; individual mentoring sessions with existing TCRAC coaches; and monthly attendance of our coaching skills benchmarking day, where every TCRAC coach and every coach accepted onto the TCRAC pathway must pass the 7 core coaching skills.
