The Coaching Room’s Living 360 Degree Feedback Programs are about challenging, supporting and empowering individuals to take responsibility to evolve as highly effective and functional Executives, Leaders, Managers and people.

2 x (60) minute (per & post interview) Coaching sessions plus the “Living 360 degree” feedback interviews (up to 6 peers per Executive). The purpose of the Living 360 peer review is to create awareness, reveal psychological blind spots and ground the executive with quality peer feedback – to identify how this fits with the Executive’s core needs, desired outcomes, intentions and habituated thinking patterns.

The Living 360™  Feedback Process

The Coaching Room’s Living 360 process is a revolutionary approach to gaining high quality feedback from peers, colleagues, direct reports and managers. The quality comes from the Coach’s capacity to facilitate specific, measureable, evidence-based feedback that can be used to help the Executive achieve growth & development, while achieving their interpersonal goals.

The Living 360 includes conversations with up to 6 people.

Session 1 is an intake session used to set key process frames, identify desired outcomes and map the Executives understanding of how they are seen and experienced by others within specific contexts

Session 2 is a debrief session of the Living 360 feedback, that includes a gap analysis of self to other feedback, and includes developmental practices and next steps.

Next Steps: Closing the 360 circle through sharing of emergent themes, insights and realisations one to one with peer participants. This is done by the Executive after the process has been completed.

Executive Coaching Support (optional): Executive Coaching support is available to help the Executive integrate and embody their program realisations and navigate the next steps of their ongoing development.
