They engage me for the ruthless non-judgemental space I bring into the coaching relationship – to sometimes ask about what is needed, not just about what is wanted.
The truth of the coaching moment acts as a mirror for self looking and deep introspection, I don’t mind what we see together – yet paradoxically, I deeply care about what you say really matters to my client – and I am about facilitating that with my clients until they are where they want to be.
