Developmental Personal Coaching

Our Developmental Coaching program is delivered fortnightly in 6-session cycles over a 3-month period. Each cycle has a developmental theme that weaves through each coaching session and practise, as agreed to by the Client and the Coach. It is normal for people to complete 2 or more cycles with their coach.

The purpose of the Living 360 peer review is to create awareness, reveal psychological blind spots and ground the executive with quality peer feedback – to identify how this fits with the Executive’s core needs, desired outcomes, intentions and habituated thinking patterns.

12-Month Inquiry
The Inquiry program is a service offered and or available to key or select individuals. Ready to more fully explore their own potentials and possibilities available through the exploration of the representational self. The beliefs, values, identities and other core aspects of the individual’s persona. 
It is in essence a 12-month engagement, which although financial, is a deeply personal relationship with both The Coaching Room’s Inquiry facilitator and the client.
